Focus on optimizing agent operations, providing TMS training, and expanding brokerage service utilization.

Location: On-Site in Des Peres, MO, USA. Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; employment sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for agents utilizing brokerage and transportation solutions.
• Educate agents on brokerage capabilities, pricing programs, and self-service tools to drive adoption.
• Support the onboarding and implementation of new agents, affiliates, and technology solutions.
• Liaise between agents and internal teams, including Brokerage, Pricing, Operations, and Technology.
• Provide training for transportation management systems (TMS), reporting platforms, and operational resources.
• Monitor engagement and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, or 3PL operations.
• Knowledge of truckload (TL), less-than-truckload (LTL), and freight brokerage concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice to have

• Experience onboarding customers or partners to new operational programs and systems.
• Familiarity with TMS, CRM platforms, or other logistics technology solutions.
• Experience supporting sales, account management, or business development.
• Ability to utilize reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
