What you will do

• Provide advanced analytical support for transportation, freight spend, and carrier performance.
• Design, automate, and improve recurring reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
• Analyze logistics data to identify cost savings, operational inefficiencies, and service improvement opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional logistics projects and improvement initiatives with defined success metrics.
• Investigate supply chain issues using root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Support monthly logistics allocations and accrual processes in partnership with Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Data Analytics, Operations, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in supply chain analytics, transportation, or logistics operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Query, PivotTables, and complex formulas (XLOOKUP).
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with and combining large, complex datasets from multiple systems.
• Must be based in the US and work on-site in Romeoville, Illinois.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or equivalent platforms.
