What you will do

• Monitor shipment, inventory, and planning data to ensure accuracy and escalate anomalies.
• Analyze large datasets using Excel, Access, and Business Objects to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support financial visibility by tracking transportation and warehousing expenses against targets.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports to translate operational data into actionable insights.
• Validate and manage critical supply chain inputs in SAP/APO for US and Canada operations.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Supply Planning to resolve route-to-market issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Logistics, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots, nested formulas).
• Ability to learn complex systems including SAP ECC, TM, APO, and SNC.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information.
• Must be able to work onsite in Milwaukee, WI, four days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ECC, APO, TM, or SNC.
• Knowledge of Business Objects, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Understanding of transportation KPIs and network optimization concepts.
• Exposure to working with 3PLs, carriers, or logistics partners.
