Salary: $165,700 - $223,800

What you will do

• Accountable for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned program portfolios.
• Develop and implement business growth strategies and pursue significant new business opportunities.
• Drive Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and use EVMS for internal and external reporting.
• Lead and mentor junior program managers to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Manage multi-million-dollar agreements, subcontractor performance, and material procurements.
• Coordinate facility requirements and maintain depot capabilities for product support.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD SECRET security clearance.
• BA/BS degree and 20+ years experience, OR MA/MS degree and 18+ years experience, OR PhD degree and 16+ years experience.
• Advanced knowledge of program management standards (scheduling, cost accounting, EVMS, Risk/Opportunity management).
• Experience successfully negotiating multi-million-dollar agreements.
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically up to 15%.
