What you will do

• Ship full-stack features for the new web application meeting high quality, performance, and UX standards.
• Shape technical architecture, including libraries, API patterns, and test strategies.
• Integrate Microsoft APIs such as Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, and MSAL securely.
• Translate user needs into functional experiences in close collaboration with Product and Design.
• Mentor team members through code reviews to raise the overall technical bar.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot to maximize output and quality.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in software development, preferably in a product-oriented environment.
• Strong proficiency in frontend development with React and TypeScript.
• Solid experience in backend development with C# and .NET.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise strong technical judgment within a product context.
• Proven experience collaborating with product and design teams.
• Experience integrating AI tools into daily software development workflows.
