What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable backend and frontend components within a microservices architecture.
• Participate in architectural decision-making, solution design, and rigorous code reviews.
• Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and functional tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, PMs, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Ensure high coding standards, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Contribute to process improvements and the delivery of product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert knowledge of C# and .NET (Core, MVC, Web API).
• Practical commercial experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, ElasticSearch), and Redis.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Deep knowledge of software design patterns (SOLID, DDD, TDD, BDD) and security standards (OWASP).

Nice to have

• Experience with deployment patterns and 3rd party integrations.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Coralogix, Kibana, Grafana, or Dynatrace.
• Experience with quality assurance tools like SonarQube.
