Senior Fullstack Developer (AI)

TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI): Building and evolving core member-facing platforms across web, mobile, and backend services with an accent on scalable architecture and high-quality user experiences. Focus on integrating .NET/C# backend services with React/React Native frontends and implementing AI-powered features within the Microsoft Azure cloud environment.

Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX or able to commute to the office 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Build and own member-facing functionality across web, mobile, and backend services from design through release.
• Contribute to technical design decisions and maintain standards for performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Partner on reusable business logic and design consistency across web and mobile platforms.
• Develop and integrate solutions using .NET/C# and Microsoft Azure for secure, scalable systems.
• Translate product requirements into technical solutions that improve member engagement and service navigation.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience in product-focused environments.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and modern front-end development.
• Experience building production-grade applications using React Native.
• Fluency in .NET/C# and experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Hands-on familiarity with Tailwind CSS and reusable component patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered product features such as chat, guided workflows, or copilots.
• Product-minded approach with the ability to balance technical design and execution.
