Software Engineer (Fullstack)

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in a state/province where hirify.global is registered (Remote - Toronto, Ontario)

Salary: CA$120,000 – CA$160,000

What you will do

• Build and own core Dashboard infrastructure, including application shell, navigation, and shared components.
• Design and implement full-stack product experiences across frontend, backend APIs, and data models.
• Modernize the Dashboard into a fast, polished, and AI-native control plane for developers.
• Build agent-facing experiences to help users configure products, debug integrations, and operate workflows.
• Partner with backend and platform teams to design clean APIs and service boundaries.
• Drive performance as a product feature by profiling and optimizing Dashboard interactions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer building user-facing products.
• Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and component-driven architecture.
• Experience building backend APIs, services, and data models for production systems.
• Strong product mindset with a focus on usability, developer experience, and system design.
• Ability to work in ambiguous product areas and make pragmatic technical tradeoffs.
• Must be located in a region where hirify.global is registered as an employer.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, Go, gRPC, Postgres, or Redis.
• Experience building dashboards, developer portals, or platform products.
• Experience building agent-powered products or LLM-powered developer tools.
• Contributions to open source projects in the React or TypeScript ecosystem.
