What you will do

• Design, develop, and ship high-quality features using C#/.NET, SQL Server, React, and TypeScript.
• Lead technical design for significant features and third-party integrations, including writing design docs and driving consensus.
• Own the entire shipping lifecycle: testing, code review, observability, performance, and production support.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews, pairing, and design feedback to raise the team's engineering bar.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX to scope work and manage delivery risks.
• Champion secure engineering practices to protect sensitive patient and clinical data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional full-stack web development experience with production SaaS applications.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and SQL Server for back-end and API development.
• Strong front-end skills with React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Solid grounding in API design (REST/GraphQL) and relational data modeling.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated environments (HIPAA familiarity).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and modern observability tooling.
• Experience with NoSQL stores such as MongoDB.
