What you will do

• Plan and schedule electrical construction work for assigned projects.
• Review engineering packages for constructability and completeness.
• Develop detailed construction plans, labor estimates, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and external suppliers.
• Manage construction costs, change orders, and subcontractor bid packages.
• Collaborate with other construction managers to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 2 to 3 years of industrial construction experience required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

Nice to have

• Understanding of LEAN principles.
• OSHA 30 Training.
