Site Supervisor

Location: San Antonio, Texas, United States. The position is temporarily based in Northeast San Antonio while the new manufacturing plant comes online, then moves to Brooks in San Antonio. This is a 100% in-office role with no remote work.

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and execute commercial office and manufacturing facility construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of 6–15 subcontractors, including scope changes, material changes, alternates, and shortages.
• Manage project costs, quality, schedules, risks, safety requirements, and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain short-term schedules, progress reports, daily construction reports, job files, RFIs, submittals, inspections, and closeout documentation.
• Prepare project status reports, resolve conflicts, support project success, and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Two-year degree in Project Management or equivalent field experience.
• Extensive commercial construction experience, particularly with commercial tenant improvements.
• Experience applying effective management techniques to improve subcontractor and employee performance.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of corporate and construction industry practices, processes, and standards.
• Superior communication, interpersonal, leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
