Construction Manager

Location: Nationwide locations in the United States; the role involves customer visits, installation operations, early starts, and occasional Saturday work.

What you will do

• Lead, monitor, coach, and hold installation division teams accountable for operational goals.
• Manage business reports, dashboards, KPIs, accounts receivable, work in progress, cost of goods, service reporting, stage payments, and cycle times.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, provide regular project updates, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and resolve customer complaints.
• Control inventory, accruals, job costing, invoicing, purchases, and labor and material costs for employees and subcontractors.
• Forecast capacity, revenue, staffing, training, scheduling, product orders, warehouse inventory, and factory ship dates.
• Ensure installation completion, payment collection, certificates of completion, and post-installation customer communication.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or remodeling.
• Ability to supervise and train employees and subcontractors and organize schedules.
• Creative and practical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Microsoft Office 365 competency and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
