TL;DR

Manager, Human Resources (HRBP): Leading HR operations and employee relations for the West Coast Studio Operations site with an accent on complex investigations, organizational design, and manager coaching. Focus on driving HR strategy, talent development, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment within a highly matrixed production setting.

Location: Must be based in Doraville, Georgia. This is a hybrid role requiring at least four days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Partner with leadership to resolve complex employee relations issues for both represented and non-represented staff.
  • Implement HR policies and practices that align with business values and strategic vision.
  • Coach managers and employees to foster a respectful, engaging, and high-performing work environment.
  • Drive HR projects including onboarding, performance feedback, talent attraction, and compensation planning.
  • Use data and insights to address performance, culture, and operational challenges in a matrixed environment.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition to develop innovative recruitment strategies for diverse talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Labor Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant professional HR experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience conducting complex employee relations investigations.
  • Ability to work on-site at least four days per week in Doraville, GA.
  • Strong business acumen and project management skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous HR experience in the content production industry.
  • Master’s degree or HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM CP/SCP.
  • Experience working with Unions.
