Manager, Human Resources (HRBP): Leading HR operations and employee relations for the West Coast Studio Operations site with an accent on complex investigations, organizational design, and manager coaching. Location: Must be based in Doraville, Georgia. This is a hybrid role requiring at least four days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Partner with leadership to resolve complex employee relations issues for both represented and non-represented staff.
• Implement HR policies and practices that align with business values and strategic vision.
• Coach managers and employees to foster a respectful, engaging, and high-performing work environment.
• Drive HR projects including onboarding, performance feedback, talent attraction, and compensation planning.
• Use data and insights to address performance, culture, and operational challenges in a matrixed environment.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition to develop innovative recruitment strategies for diverse talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Labor Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional HR experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting complex employee relations investigations.
• Ability to work on-site at least four days per week in Doraville, GA.
• Strong business acumen and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Previous HR experience in the content production industry.
• Master’s degree or HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM CP/SCP.
• Experience working with Unions.
