Salary: $74,400–$130,200 USD

What you will do

• Act as a liaison between the People Team and business leaders up to the senior manager level.
• Provide frontline support to employees by addressing inquiries and resolving workplace matters.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze qualitative feedback to drive improvements.
• Execute key cyclical people programs in partnership with Principal People Business Partners.
• Collaborate across departments and with Amazon partners to support a positive employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse audiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or Psychology.
• HRCI or SHRM certifications.
• Experience with AI-powered HR tools and analytics platforms.
• Intermediate skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and v-lookups.
