HR Business Partner

TL;DR

HR Business Partner (People Strategy): Translating business strategy into organizational and people strategy with an accent on org design and performance management. Focus on scaling the organization, providing executive coaching, and utilizing data-informed insights to improve retention.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in the USA or Latin America. Requires attendance at quarterly in-person working sessions called "surges".

Salary: $176,035 — $207,100 USD

What you will do

• Own people programs and strategies, including performance management, compensation, talent development, and retention.
• Partner with functional leaders on org design and workforce planning to support business objectives at scale.
• Provide coaching and counsel to leaders on professional development, career pathing, and change management.
• Analyze people data and trends to translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Manage HR policies, compliance, and employee relations issues across global teams.
• Collaborate with People Team COEs to ensure the cohesive delivery of people programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, HR, or Consulting.
• Direct experience advising senior leaders on organizational and people strategy.
• Proven track record of navigating complex stakeholder situations, including restructures and sensitive employee matters.
• Ability to use people data (engagement, attrition) to influence leadership decisions.
• Experience designing and executing end-to-end people programs with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly to drive workflow efficiency and quality.
