Business Analyst

TL;DR

Business Analyst: Coordinating with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements with an accent on identifying, evaluating, developing, and supporting systems. Focus on documenting product/service requirements and developing test procedures to ensure user requests are carried out.

Location: Fully remote role within the United States

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 Annually

What you will do

• Analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems.
• Interface between systems architects/programmers and users to ensure that information technology designs meet the needs of the end users.
• Document product/service requirements and develop test procedures to ensure user requests are carried out.
• Interact with testing requirements to ensure traceability and test coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 8 years (or commensurate experience).
• 3 to 5+ years of experience as a business analyst.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience in creating user stories, use case diagrams, mockups, process flow charts for gathering requirements from customers/external stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and with conducting associated ceremonies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian Confluence and JIRA strongly preferred
