What you will do

• Join a hirify.global team (e.g., SEO, Paid Media, Customer Experience, or Business Operations) and deliver meaningful projects.
• Own a dedicated project to solve a complex, ambiguous business challenge from idea to recommendation.
• Process and analyze large datasets to identify insights, trends, and opportunities that inform business strategy.
• Evaluate impact and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Identify where technology, data, or innovative thinking can be applied to solve business challenges.

Requirements

• Graduating Summer 2027 with a relevant undergraduate degree (business, data analytics, math, statistics, computer science, or a combination).
• Start date in the August 2027 cohort.
• Ability to collect, mine, and manipulate data from disparate data sources and understand how data is created.
• Foundational analytics toolkit: data extraction, manipulation, and visualizations (SQL, Tableau, Advanced Excel).
• Demonstrated ability to drive decisions and behavior changes using data-driven solutions and to measure impact.
• Not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship (including H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, TN) and not available for corp-to-corp work.
