TL;DR
Business Analyst (Enterprise Data Analytics): Translating business challenges into data and reporting solutions for an international organization with an accent on stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making. Focus on building Power BI dashboards, developing data models, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical data engineering.
Location: Hybrid based in Apeldoorn, Netherlands (minimum 2 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Collaborate with international departments and stakeholders to identify and translate data needs into practical solutions.
- Build user-friendly reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Drive data-driven projects and collaborate with Data Analysts and BI Developers to create robust data models.
- Act as a domain expert on business strategy, processes, and systems to provide analytical insights.
- Contribute to large-scale enterprise data modeling and cross-functional data initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business/data analytics or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in BI tools, specifically Power BI.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and facilitating discussions across international teams.
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Apeldoorn office (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms, such as Azure Synapse.
- Understanding of Finance and Accounting terminology.
