Location: Must be based in MST/PST time zones in the United States.
Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 OTE per year.

What you will do
- Oversee the transaction lifecycle from initial quote to cash collection, coordinating internal support resources to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain sales pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, including scheduling recurring reviews with Client Directors.
- Prepare accurate customer pricing and proposals based on established account parameters.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve communication, secure discounts, and ensure fast turnaround on pricing requests.
- Manage client accounts by providing value-add services such as SLA reporting, presentation preparation, and order history analysis.
- Coordinate with accounts receivable to address invoice aging and resolve past-due payment issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be based in MST/PST time zones.
- 2-3 years of sales support experience, preferably within the technology industry.
- Strong mathematical aptitude for calculating margin percentages and deal structures.
- High proficiency in CRM tools, with Salesforce experience preferred.
- History of working in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
