TL;DR

Client Operations Specialist (Shared Services): Managing the end-to-end transaction lifecycle and sales pipeline to drive profitability and customer satisfaction with an accent on coordinating cross-functional resources and Salesforce data integrity. Focus on streamlining quoting and booking processes, managing vendor relationships, and providing high-level support to Client Directors in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must be based in MST/PST time zones in the United States.

Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 OTE per year.

What you will do

  • Oversee the transaction lifecycle from initial quote to cash collection, coordinating internal support resources to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, including scheduling recurring reviews with Client Directors.
  • Prepare accurate customer pricing and proposals based on established account parameters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve communication, secure discounts, and ensure fast turnaround on pricing requests.
  • Manage client accounts by providing value-add services such as SLA reporting, presentation preparation, and order history analysis.
  • Coordinate with accounts receivable to address invoice aging and resolve past-due payment issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must be based in MST/PST time zones.
  • 2-3 years of sales support experience, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude for calculating margin percentages and deal structures.
  • High proficiency in CRM tools, with Salesforce experience preferred.
  • History of working in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
