What you will do

• Develop new accounts and expand existing ones through successful renewals, cross-selling, and up-selling.
• Map hirify.global solutions to customer needs to address specific business challenges.
• Identify customer requirements by meeting with key influencers and stakeholders across client organizations.
• Create customer-specific buying visions and demonstrate product capabilities to overcome objections.
• Act as a bridge between customers and product development teams to inform product enhancements.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce to support territory planning and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in selling and upselling solutions with a proven track record of revenue growth.
• Experience managing complex sales and multiple senior stakeholders.
• Excellent business communication and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Must be able to travel onsite to customers at least 40% of the time.
