What you will do

• Partner with Sales to gather requirements and generate accurate reseller and distributor quotes using DealHub.
• Analyze pricing and discount requests to ensure alignment with internal policies and contractual standards.
• Review quotes, order forms, and purchase orders for accuracy and compliance before final processing.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Legal teams to resolve pricing or contractual bottlenecks.
• Maintain precise records of quoting and order activity to support timely deal cycles.

Requirements

• Must be based in Texas or Florida
• 0.5-1 year of experience in deal desk, quote creation, or order processing within a sales organization.
• Proficiency with CPQ tools (DealHub preferred) and Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
