Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000

What you will do

• Own the Salesforce data layer, including object models, field definitions, and pipeline data integrity.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate GTM tools to support scaling operations.
• Build and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline health, conversion, and performance.
• Manage deal desk operations, including approval workflows and non-standard deal structuring.
• Document and improve sales processes from prospecting through to renewal.
• Partner with Business Development, Operations, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, reporting, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with quote-to-cash processes, including billing and revenue recognition.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and present complex data to executive leadership.
• Experience supporting forecasting cadences and pipeline reporting.
