What you will do
- Manage and optimize Sales tech stack including Salesforce or HubSpot, integrating tools like Clari, Gong, or Outreach.
- Maintain CRM data integrity through audits, lead-to-account mapping, and validation rules.
- Develop performance dashboards tracking Activity KPIs, Pipeline Health, and Win/Loss ratios.
- Partner with Sales Leadership on territory mapping, quota setting, and performance analysis.
- Design and lead sales enablement sessions to align on strategic plays and best practices.
- Facilitate Marketing-to-Sales handoff with lead scoring and routing logic.
- Build predictive forecasting models using historical trends and seasonal data.
Requirements
- 2-4 years as power user or administrator in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs, handling custom objects and integrations.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, or Hex.
- Systems thinking for scalable processes impacting sales, marketing, and finance.
- Strong communication to bridge technical concepts across teams.
- Adaptability in fast-paced, high-growth environment with curiosity for GTM trends.
