What you will do

• Facilitate monthly forecasting processes by validating financial inputs and identifying operational efficiencies.
• Drive annual budget cycles and long-range financial planning in alignment with strategic goals.
• Execute recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting packages for senior leadership.
• Build complex financial models and conduct variance analyses using advanced Excel functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ad-hoc financial analyses and business intelligence.
• Leverage technology and ERP solutions to automate workflows and improve reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related quantitative field.
• 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in FP&A, corporate accounting, or financial modeling.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency including complex formulas and dynamic modeling.
• Proven experience participating in end-to-end forecasting and budgeting cycles.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise financial software and ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, or Essbase.
• Background in dynamic, multi-site operational environments like hospitality or retail.
• Strong communication skills for presenting financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
