Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Location: Hybrid role in Orlando, Florida, United States

What you will do

• Support monthly forecasting by validating financial inputs and identifying process improvements.
• Lead annual budgeting and long-range financial planning cycles.
• Automate workflows, streamline financial reporting, and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting packages for senior leadership.
• Build complex financial models, perform variance analysis, and deliver ad-hoc business insights.
• Partner with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related quantitative field.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate accounting, or financial modeling.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, dynamic modeling, and large data set manipulation.
• Experience participating in end-to-end forecasting and budgeting cycles.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise financial software or ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, or Essbase.
• Experience in multi-site operational environments, including hospitality, multi-unit retail, or service operations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
