Senior Financial Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid position in McLean, Virginia; job location listed as Tysons Corner, VA

What you will do

• Partner with departments and leadership to curate information, deliver insights, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Build financial models and sensitivity analyses for revenue, costs, profitability, and growth initiatives.
• Prepare executive materials communicating company strategy and performance.
• Lead monthly rolling forecasts, quarterly outlooks, and the annual budgeting process.
• Analyze performance variances and improve forecasting methods.
• Identify and implement efficiency, accuracy, and scalability improvements using AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in financial modeling, planning, and decision support.
• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a similar analytically focused discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency in other Microsoft applications.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Adaptive Insights including OfficeConnect, NetSuite, or other financial planning and ERP platforms.
• Ability to translate complex and fragmented data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, independence, and ability to meet strict deadlines; travel is expected to be under 10%.
