Senior Financial Analyst (AI)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with on-site work

What you will do

• Partner with business units to build, manage, and track budgets aligned with strategic goals.
• Develop financial models to evaluate departmental performance, investment opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare annual budgets, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic plans.
• Analyze actual-versus-forecast variances, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports with clear insights and recommendations for financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Provide senior leadership with financial insights and build relationships across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role, with budgeting and business partnering experience.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, plus experience with a financial planning tool such as Anaplan or Planful and an ERP such as NetSuite or SAP.
• Working knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and corporate finance principles.
• Experience applying AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to real finance workflows.
