Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Chandler, Arizona, United States. U.S. citizenship or other U.S. Person status is required, or candidates must be able to obtain the necessary U.S. government export authorizations.

Salary: $91,700–$170,100 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Lead financial analysis supporting strategic expansion of manufacturing facilities.
• Conduct ROI analysis, make-versus-buy evaluations, sourcing analysis, and program cost analysis.
• Investigate monthly variances against forecasts, plans, prior periods, and prior years.
• Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial performance communications with accounting, finance, operations, supply chain, program management, pricing, and contracts.
• Identify risks and opportunities early and communicate data-driven recommendations to business leaders.
• Apply hirify.global Business System tools and technology solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong Excel, financial modeling, data analytics, and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. citizenship or qualifying U.S. Person status, or the ability to secure required U.S. government export authorizations.
• Ability to analyze programs, understand root causes, identify risks, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners.

Nice to have

• MBA with a finance concentration.
• More than five years of FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Experience with supply chain and cash flow management.
• Government accounting knowledge.
• Knowledge of DFARS.
