What you will do

• Conduct ROI analysis and sourcing decisions (make vs buy) for strategic and operational initiatives.
• Investigate and analyze monthly variances to the forecast, plan, and prior periods.
• Partner with accounting, operations, supply chain, and program management to develop monthly forecasts and budgets.
• Communicate data-driven financial recommendations to various levels of the organization to improve performance.
• Apply hirify.global Business System (RBS) tools for continuous improvement and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar field.
• U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Person status is required due to government contractual requirements (ITAR).
• 5+ years of related experience in financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analytics.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.

Nice to have

• MBA with a finance concentration.
• Experience with supply chain and cash flow management.
• Knowledge of government accounting and DFAR regulations.
