What you will do

• Lead construction execution planning, including scope definition, site logistics, and manpower planning.
• Manage multiple industrial work fronts ensuring alignment with design, budget, and schedule.
• Oversee safety leadership and compliance with OSHA and site-specific regulatory requirements.
• Develop labor estimates, track project cost performance, and lead change management efforts.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and clients to remove constraints and ensure productive execution.
• Manage subcontractor bid packages, buyout, and contract administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of industrial construction or field leadership experience.
• Experience leading work in mechanical, process, pharma, or chemical environments.
• Strong command of scheduling, estimating, cost control, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in St. Louis, Missouri.

Nice to have

• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, or Bluebeam.
• Lean Construction or workface planning experience.
• PMP or CCM certification.
