What you will do

• Monitor and report on construction activities to ensure compliance with the CPM schedule.
• Coordinate daily and weekly work plans with craft supervisors and subcontractors.
• Verify availability of materials, manpower, and resources for the 3-week look-ahead schedule.
• Review timesheets, installed quantity reports, and progress payment requests.
• Identify and report potential backcharges and out-of-scope issues to the Construction Manager.
• Provide technical direction and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on-site.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction field leadership experience on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Ability to perform hard physical labor in varying temperature extremes and outside conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding including background checks and drug screens.

Nice to have

• Construction Management or Engineering degree.
• Experience with Simple Cycle or Combined Cycle construction.
• Knowledge of EPC contracts and industrial relations.
• Training in cost control and schedule management.
