What you will do

• Own construction projects from concept through closeout, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define project needs and present business cases to leadership.
• Drive the full RFP process, including vendor selection, bid analysis, and contract negotiation.
• Oversee design processes, ensuring alignment with company standards and eliminating scope gaps.
• Manage detailed project schedules, tracking critical paths and coordinating with facilities to ensure zero disruption.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify compliance with codes, and ensure on-site safety.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction project management experience, specifically in commercial office interiors.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on schedule and within budget.
• Hands-on experience managing general contractors, subcontractors, and external vendors.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Procore.
• Must be willing to travel to other US cities as needed and support critical tasks during after-hours or weekends.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering projects in occupied or operational spaces.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, REVIT, or Bluebeam.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, sustainability/LEED practices, or data infrastructure.
• PMP or comparable professional certification.
