What you will do

• Lead technical coordination efforts between in-house multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage production tasks and workflows across multiple concurrent projects.
• Ensure alignment of client and technical design standards for all project deliverables.
• Create high-quality construction documents and perform peer reviews.
• Monitor team production hours and compare effort against project budgets.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance on building design techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture from an ABET-accredited or NCARB-certified institution.
• Proven professional experience in architectural project teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to think creatively.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
