Senior Construction Manager (EPC)

What you will do

• Review engineering deliverables for constructability, sequencing, and installation feasibility.
• Evaluate EPC supplier construction plans, methodologies, and submittals for alignment with project constraints.
• Observe construction activities to validate adherence to approved plans and identify execution risks.
• Coordinate with project controls to align field observations with performance metrics and risk registers.
• Provide advisory support for mechanical completion, system readiness, and punch list development.
• Manage technical responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensure coordinated project communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of construction experience on large EPC industrial projects.
• Demonstrated experience with compressor stations, gas plants, power plants, or refineries.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, work packaging, and multi-disciplinary installation practices.
• Proven background in field construction management and constructability reviews.
• Must be capable of reporting daily, in person, to the project site in Moreno Valley, California.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice to have

• Experience in an owner's representative or PMO capacity for energy infrastructure programs.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent construction safety training.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Experience with independent validation and audit functions.
