What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for facility projects involving external contractors and internal services.
• Manage plant BMS systems and provide backup support for fire systems and maintenance activities.
• Estimate project costs, develop proposals, and maintain project schedules using internal software.
• Coordinate repairs for loading docks, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure safe and professional execution.
• Analyze the value of services provided by contractors to optimize facility operations.
• Support the engineering department with document control and large-scale project planning.

Requirements

• Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Facilities Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, utilities, and repair procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and organizational skills for working with both hourly and exempt personnel.
