What you will do

• Develop and refine the operating model and performance frameworks for the national pharmacy network.
• Manage senior relationships with key pharmacy partners, evolving them from transactional to strategic collaborations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Finance to solve complex business problems.
• Establish scalable mechanisms for SLA governance, risk mitigation, and escalation management.
• Identify and deploy AI-assisted workflows and automation tooling to increase operational scale and reduce manual effort.
• Translate operational pain points into structured technical requirements for the automation roadmap.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize complex information for executive communication.
• High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or data-driven process design.
• Must be located in New York, NY or Pittsburgh, PA
