What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of technology programs spanning enterprise platforms, AI/ML, GenAI, cloud/infra, and API-integration.
• Define program strategy, set measurable goals, and establish delivery standards and governance frameworks.
• Oversee steady-state operational health, including platform availability, performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Set up and scale technical support desks (L2/L3) and drive rapid incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Act as the senior delivery interface between Engineering, Product, Business, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and critical-path conflicts to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technology delivery or technical program management.
• Proven experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, coordinating roadmaps and release schedules.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML, GenAI products, data platforms, or cloud-native infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery models, as well as platform operations.
• Experience with tools such as Jira or MS Projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical education.

Nice to have

• Software development background with depth in architecture, data structures, or big-data/ML concepts.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.
• Experience in regulated high-compliance environments (life sciences, BFSI, healthcare).
• Experience setting up global or distributed delivery and support teams.
