What you will do

• Lead the operational strategy and day-to-day management of Carrot Rx, including pharmacy partnerships and pricing.
• Develop and support claims-based billing strategies in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams.
• Manage relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, PBMs, and health plans to strengthen the reimbursement ecosystem.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and operational reporting to support executive decision-making.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation across various internal departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, payer operations, reimbursement, or related fields.
• Experience with health plans, employer-sponsored benefits, or healthcare payment models.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of fertility benefits, reproductive healthcare, or specialty pharmacy.
• Familiarity with CPT, HCPCS, diagnosis coding, and health plan claims processing.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Looker, or other healthcare analytics tools.
• Experience supporting commercial strategy, RFPs, or consulting engagements.
