Program Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States, including North Carolina

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Drive the execution of major strategic programs for CareInMotion, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and within scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, define work breakdown structures, estimate resources, and schedule program work.
• Manage stakeholder communication, build buy-in, remove bottlenecks, and maintain strong relationships across organizational functions.
• Monitor program performance, provide reporting, diagnose root causes, and mitigate critical issues and scheduling risks.
• Functionally manage program team members, clarify responsibilities, and ensure teams have the resources needed to succeed.
• Identify and implement process improvements while sharing lessons learned from program execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience, including managing multiple concurrent projects.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience is preferred, including 2–3 years at an expert level or equivalent.
• PMP certification is required.
• Strong project and program management skills, including planning, tracking, organization, communication, and influencing.
• In-depth knowledge of project and program management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant business/information technology experience is preferred; postgraduate qualifications are also preferred.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma or other professional certifications.
• Experience analyzing business process issues, improving operational efficiency, and measuring delivery results.
• Strong understanding of corporate environments and business metrics.
