Salary: $90,000–$130,000

What you will do

• Drive the execution of major strategic programs, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Partner with leadership to define work breakdown structures and assess project impacts.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to define, estimate, and schedule program resources.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure buy-in and resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor program performance and provide reporting to diagnose and mitigate risks.
• Identify and implement process improvements based on lessons learned.

Requirements

• Must hold a PMP Certification.
• 5+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent complex projects.
• Solid understanding of corporate environments and business metrics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with individual contributors and business leaders.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Lean Six Sigma or other specialized certifications.
• Bachelor's degree or post-graduation qualifications in business or IT.
