What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to support data products and analytics.
• Develop batch and streaming data pipelines using Spark, Kafka, and Databricks.
• Build modular, reusable data models using dbt or similar frameworks.
• Ensure data quality and consistency through validation frameworks and monitoring.
• Promote engineering excellence via testing, version control, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to drive data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data or software engineering focusing on pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills and fluency in Python, Scala, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Airflow, Spark, dbt, Kafka, or Databricks.
• Deep understanding of data modeling and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting analytics and machine learning workflows.
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code or DevOps practices related to data systems.
