What you will do

• Build and maintain big-data analytics solutions capable of processing terabytes of data at scale.
• Design and implement data ingestion, real-time streaming, and ETL processes across multiple data storages.
• Optimize and tune complicated SQL queries and data flows to ensure high performance.
• Identify architectural gaps to improve the platform's quality, robustness, and speed.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team, providing mentorship and cross-training on new technologies.
• Participate in community building and contribute to industry best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SQL, Java, Python, and Scala with strong CS fundamentals.
• 2+ years of experience in production deployments of large-scale backend data processing systems.
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Storm, and NoSQL warehouses like HBase or Cassandra.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing design, optimization, and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
• Must be based in the United States
