Location: Must be based in the United States (100% remote business, but 50% travel required to offices and client sites)

Salary: $250,000 - $325,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering organization, evolving AI-assisted development workflows and technical standards.
• Scale production AI engineering (generative and agentic AI) across Marketing and Media Tech solutions.
• Design observability, operations practices, and integrated dashboards for live event monitoring.
• Collaborate with client technical leaders to define and build architecture and delivery solutions.
• Define and champion an AI-grounded multi-year technology roadmap aligned with business growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a Senior Director or VP-level role.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale platforms for sports, media, or entertainment organizations.
• Hands-on experience operationalizing AI (ML, generative, agentic) in production.
• Expert development experience in a modern tech stack, preferably Node, Next, and TypeScript.
• Experience in a professional services organization or similar team environment is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and IaC (Terraform, Kubernetes).
• Experience with real-time data pipelines, Snowflake, Databricks, and dbt.
• Proficiency with LLM patterns, agentic workflows, and AI frameworks like LangChain.
• Experience with observability tools such as Datadog.
