What you will do

• Manage a high-performing engineering team, driving agility and maintaining high product quality.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in architecture, design, and code reviews while integrating AI-first development practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and drive platform development plans.
• Mentor engineers to ensure production of extensible, maintainable code across product lines.
• Present technical and product strategy, including architectural choices, to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 8+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Proven proficiency in coding with languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, or Python.
• 6+ years of demonstrated people management experience.
• Deep expertise in large-scale system architecture, design, and performance tuning for high-scale applications.
• Strong understanding of AI models and architectural patterns.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical details to cross-functional teams.
