Salary: $225,000 – $265,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Manage and coach squads of AI-empowered software engineers through feedback and career development.
• Lead the development and delivery of product features in collaboration with product and design partners.
• Drive technical decisions and system design, balancing long-term scalability with near-term delivery.
• Maintain production reliability and performance, including participation in on-call rotations.
• Contribute to the codebase to resolve technical blockers and gain hands-on understanding of challenges.
• Coordinate with clinical subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the NYC metropolitan area.
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience as an individual contributor (backend or fullstack).
• 4+ years of experience leading teams of 5 or more engineers.
• Proficiency with Python or Go, AWS infrastructure, and AI coding tools/agents.

Nice to have

• Experience working in enterprise SaaS or health tech environments.
• Experience building integrations with external systems and managing large-scale data processing pipelines.
