What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term engineering vision and AI transformation strategy.
• Oversee the full SDLC, ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise-scale SaaS platforms.
• Establish an AI-first software engineering framework leveraging GenAI-assisted development and intelligent testing.
• Drive architectural decisions and platform standards focusing on AWS, microservices, and DevOps.
• Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams across the US and overseas.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, Product, and Sales to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 15+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering high-availability, scalable SaaS platforms.
• Experience developing AI-enabled products or integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Strong technical expertise in AWS, Node.js, React, Python, and Terraform.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
