What you will do

• Facilitate new hire, ongoing, and upskilling programs for the Reno hub.
• Design learning experiences using adult learning principles, simulations, and role-plays.
• Create and maintain sales playbooks, talk tracks, SOPs, and AI-enabled support tools.
• Analyze performance data, QA insights, and operational metrics to identify training gaps.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales Ops, Product, and Marketing to drive tool adoption.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation and improve training measurement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Training, or L&D supporting frontline teams.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business results like conversion or QA scores.
• Strong facilitation skills for both live and virtual settings.
• Proficiency in content development and instructional design.
• Experience with AI tools, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and LMS platforms.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Reno office.
