Senior Training & Enablement Specialist

Location: Onsite at hirify.global’s Reno office, United States. Travel to other hirify.global or partner sites may be required.

Salary: $51,000–$81,600 per year, plus potential bonuses, restricted stock units, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own and facilitate new-hire, ongoing, and upskilling training programs for the Reno hub.
• Lead live and virtual workshops, simulations, role-plays, certifications, and practice activities.
• Design learning experiences using adult learning principles, reinforcement, feedback, and performance support.
• Create and maintain sales playbooks, talk tracks, job aids, facilitator guides, leader guides, SOPs, and knowledge resources.
• Use AI and modern enablement tools to improve learning design, content creation, delivery, reinforcement, and measurement.
• Analyze QA data, operational metrics, learner feedback, and stakeholder input to identify gaps and improve conversion, quality scores, and time-to-ramp.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or learning and development supporting frontline teams.
• Experience owning training or enablement programs and using performance data to recommend measurable solutions.
• Strong live and virtual facilitation, content development, instructional design, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with AI tools, Google Workspace, Zoom, Jira, LMS or learning platforms, CRM systems, knowledge management platforms, QA tools, and performance dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work onsite at the Reno office and travel to other sites as needed.
