Senior Associate, Talent Development

Location: Chicago, United States

Salary: $74,000–$102,000 USD per year, plus potential annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design, coordination, facilitation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of North American talent development programs.
• Lead the North American learning calendar and facilitate virtual and in-person learning across consulting, leadership, technical, professional skills, and enterprise programs.
• Manage the North American internship program from planning through completion in partnership with Talent Acquisition, People and Culture, practice leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Assess capability gaps and translate business priorities into scalable learning solutions supporting consulting excellence, client delivery, leadership effectiveness, and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Develop curricula, facilitator guides, participant materials, eLearning, job aids, assessments, surveys, and reinforcement resources.
• Administer the learning management system, coordinate program logistics and vendors, and measure participation, completion, feedback, knowledge application, and business impact.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, enablement, organizational development, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience administering a learning management system; Docebo or a comparable platform is preferred.
• Working knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, facilitation, and learning evaluation.
• Strong project and program coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Experience using learning data, reports, surveys, and spreadsheets to identify trends and make recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience; learning, facilitation, coaching, or project management certification is a plus.

• Experience delivering learning programs in professional services, consulting, technology, or another fast-paced environment.
