What you will do

• Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets within the Healthcare and Payor sector.
• Act as a trusted advisor to health plan CXOs and VPs on digital transformation and infrastructure modernization.
• Lead the design and delivery of complex technology engagements, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop thought leadership regarding health plan modernization, AI/automation in claims, and scalable hybrid cloud architectures.
• Oversee multi-million dollar deals, managing engagement margins and operational risks.

Requirements

• Deep Healthcare Payor Domain Expertise: extensive experience with CAPS, claims processing, and member/provider digital platforms.
• Proven track record in enterprise IT transformations, including mainframe-to-cloud modernizations and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Demonstrated success engaging and commercializing relationships at the C-suite/VP level.
• Dallas / Texas Market Familiarity: strong understanding of regional healthcare dynamics and the North Texas payor landscape.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams through high-value consulting engagements.
