Salary: $120,000 – $185,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the execution of buy-side and sell-side diligence engagements for corporate finance clients.
• Perform Quality of Earnings (QofE), financial trend analysis, and working capital trending.
• Prepare and lead the delivery of reports, written analyses, and presentations for senior management.
• Supervise project delegation and provide leadership across all areas of an engagement.
• Collaborate with internal experts and client contacts to achieve transactional objectives.
• Assist in the growth of the practice through marketing, client pitches, and product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• 5 to 7 years of prior work experience, preferably within Big Four or professional services consulting.
• Strong knowledge of the Healthcare Financial industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% as required.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Experience with Big Data analysis, Data Visualization, or Business Intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with financial research tools such as Capital IQ or Bloomberg.
