What you will do

• Lead supply chain workstreams on client engagements, focusing on operational transformation and performance improvement.
• Establish business processes to maximize the efficiency of daily procurement operations across client facilities.
• Apply LEAN principles to optimize materials processes and ensure supply availability for acute care delivery and nursing areas.
• Develop advanced distribution processes and inventory controls to balance carrying costs with operational requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders and physician stakeholders to align supply chain strategy with organizational goals.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics to improve logistics, increase inventory turns, and reduce write-offs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years of managerial experience in a healthcare environment.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare advisory or consulting specializing in supply chain operations.
• Extensive proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Deep knowledge of Procure to Pay, supply chain logistics, and inventory management.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
