What you will do

• Execute buy- and sell-side diligence engagements for Corporate Finance client service teams.
• Perform quality of earnings, financial trend analysis, working capital trending, and business plan assessments.
• Identify issues for purchase price adjustments and develop deal structuring insights.
• Lead the preparation of reports, written analyses, and professional client presentations.
• Collaborate with internal experts and external client contacts to achieve engagement objectives.
• Participate in the development of the consulting practice through marketing and client pitches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Expertise in financial modeling (Excel), including 3-statement models and scenario analyses.
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or CFA certification.
• Technical GAAP accounting expertise.
• Experience with Big Data analysis, Data Visualization, or Business Intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with financial research tools such as Capital IQ or Bloomberg.
