TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead multi-workstream clinical quality and performance transformation engagements, partnering directly with hospital executive leadership.
  • Execute end-to-end workplans to achieve measurable clinical quality, operational, and financial outcomes.
  • Implement evidence-based practices in areas such as patient safety, infection prevention, sepsis, and surgical quality.
  • Guide hospitals in optimizing performance on national quality and public reporting programs, including CMS Care Compare.
  • Translate complex clinical and performance data into actionable insights for C-suite leaders and governing bodies.
  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing project teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in acute care or healthcare settings with a focus on hospital operations and clinical quality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale implementation initiatives beyond strategy design.
  • Proven ability to partner with physicians and nursing leaders to drive adoption of evidence-based practices.
  • Strong working knowledge of hospital operations, EMR systems, and quality metrics.
  • Must be based in the USA and possess valid work authorization without sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree (MPH, MHA, MSN, MBA, or similar).
  • Professional certifications such as CPHQ, CIC, or Lean/Six Sigma.
